ABOUT US
Based in Sydney Australia, Kingfisher Coaching Services was founded by Karen O’Connell-Shea and Elizabeth Wickham in 2017. Elizabeth and Karen met at Sydney Uni when studying the Masters of Coaching Psychology.
We work across the ASIA time zones, and have a team of coaches with specialist skills & experiences across leadership development, career support, change management and business development.

OUR COACHING PROGRAMS
With all our coaching programs, we meet with you and agree the coaching process that will be the best fit for your specific needs. This will include expected deliverables, level of complexity, application of appropriate assessment tools, cost and duration.

Coaching can take place at your workplace or at a convenient meeting place or booked meeting room off site. Virtual coaching using Zoom, Skype or another webinar facility is becoming increasingly popular as it allows flexibility and helps fit with a busy schedule.

Most of our programs are a hybrid model of virtual and some face to face, although during COVID we have moved to all virtual programs which are working very well.
​
The sessions typically run for 1.5 hours and are scheduled every 2-3 weeks initially then move to monthly. Sessions can also be held remotely depending on the circumstances.

Kingfisher Coaching Services regularly makes donations to charities, including Dress for Success Sydney, Orange Sky and Newtown Neighbourhood Centre.
